Login screen. Additional login protection is available.

Welcome screen. Shows the message of the day and your to do list.

Search menu. Easily find the company or individual you are looking for.

Search results. Each entry is color coded so you can easily see if it is a customer, vendor or other. You can also see affiliations.

Overview. Shows information on the entity you selected. Also shows the entity's affiliations/branches on the left of the screen.

Archive. Shows the archive content for the selected entity. Each user also has their personal archive. The archives, just like the rest of the data in XOffice, are saved in real time.

Email. Currently the most common communication tool. You can easily operate unlimited email accounts (IMAP).

Letter editor. Writing a letter has never been easier. Easily insert the addresses (yours and your correspondent).
